Apple releases iOS 7.0.3 with iCloud keychain, accelerometer and iMessage fixes [Updated: Direct Download links]

Apple today released a minor update to iOS 7, iOS 7.0.3 which restores
iCloud Keychain and fixes a number of bugs. The update is available for
iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
The update is available OTA. Launch the Settings app, and navigate to
General > Software Update to download and install the update.
The update restores iCloud Keychain, which was removed in iOS 7 GM, and fixes numerous bugs, including (complete change log below):
- The nasty motion sensor inaccuracy on the iPhone 5s
- The widespread iMessage issue that prevented iOS 7 users from sending or receiving messages
- The lock screen bypass security flaw
- The blue screen of deaths when using iWork apps

- Updates the Bold Text setting to also change dial pad text
